1. Agreement

By using AOTOWIN, you accept these Terms. If you disagree, do not use our services.

2. Services

AOTOWIN provides automation software such as WhatsApp Auto-Reply, workflow automations, and other digital solutions. Each product description outlines what is included.

3. Payment

All payments are handled by Stripe. Prices are in USD. You authorize AOTOWIN to charge your card for selected products.

4. Refunds

All sales are final once automation delivery starts. Refunds may be approved within 7 days for duplicate or technical errors.

5. Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, and automations remain property of AOTOWIN. You receive a personal business license to use your purchased setup.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use our automations for spam, illegal activity, or violation of Meta’s policies.

7. Liability

AOTOWIN provides all services “as is” and is not liable for indirect damages or loss of revenue.

8. Law

Governed by Portuguese and EU law. International users agree to submit to EU jurisdiction.
