Data Deletion Instructions

In compliance with GDPR and other privacy laws, you may request deletion of your personal data from AOTOWIN systems.

1. Data You Can Delete

• Your account and contact information (name, email, WhatsApp number).
• Automation setup data and support history.
• Marketing subscription preferences.

2. How to Request Deletion

1. Email support@aotowin.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
2. Include the email used for your order.
3. We verify and confirm deletion within 30 days.

3. Data We Cannot Delete Immediately

Financial and tax records required by law (e.g., Stripe invoices) are stored securely for compliance.

4. Third-Party Data

Stripe: Visit support.stripe.com for payment data removal.
Meta / WhatsApp: Delete message data from your WhatsApp Business account or request it at Meta Data Deletion.
